Training The Next Generation
Skilled Migration Group is very proud to announce that one of our technical interviewers David Mulongoti has enrolled at the Technical and Vocational Teachers College in Luanshya, Zambia.
David is being fully supported and funded by SMG while he studies full time for his Diploma in Teaching Methodology.
The course starts in a couple of weeks, and David will graduate with the authority to teach courses in heavy equipment repair.
Together we are going to help train the next generation of heavy equipment repair technicians.
David has proved himself to be an exceptionally loyal and driven person.
And we can see big things happening for David – He is constantly looking for ways to help others, and David breads new life to our organisation and spurs on all that meet him.
SMG will continue to provide additional support to David.
David will remain an employee of SMG and he will continue to be assisted by Brent Diflo and Peter Pelling.
Both Peter and Brent worked for more than 30 years for Hastings Deering Australia Limited, one of the world’s largest Caterpillar Dealers and both are donating their time to help mentor and assist David in any way they can.
David is living proof that hard work can overcome adversity.
This is a serious commitment from David, it will be genuine face-to-face fulltime study for an extended period of time.
This is also a serious commitment from SMG and me personally.
SMG and I will fund everything for David and we will continue to pay his wages while he is studying.
He has proved his desire to help train and empower people time and time again.
If anyone was doubting MY commitment to the heavy equipment and mining industry, or doubting my commitment to continue to mentor, train, motivate and hire the best mechanics on the planet.
You can stop doubting .
I am, and SMG are here to stay, we will help train people, and we will continue to change lives for the better.
We are doing our bit – if you want to be hired by us – you have to do your bit, and together we can show the world what is possible through ethical recruitment.
Good luck to you David, may all your dreams and goals come true.
