Modern slavery is one of the greatest evils in our world. Modern slavery encompasses slavery, forced labour, compulsory labour, and human trafficking where individuals are deprived of their freedom and are exploited for commercial or personal gain as defined in the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Skilled Migration Group Limited takes its responsibilities to combat modern slavery seriously as demonstrated by its promotion and adoption of the following policy measures:
· The prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery in any part of its business or supply chains is the responsibility of Skilled Migration Group Limited, all those working for Skilled Migration Group Limited, and or under its control.
· Due diligence must be carried out in relation to modern slavery which may include considering human rights in country, the type of sectors in which Skilled Migration Group Limited operates, the countries from which Skilled Migration Group Limited recruit from, the countries where services are provided, and the nature of relationships with suppliers and clients.
· Supply chain lines need to be continually risk assessed and managed in relation to modern slavery and any high-risk suppliers audited. Skilled Migration Group Limited contract procedures and documentation address anti-slavery and anti-trafficking. Skilled Migration Group Limited asks questions of potential new suppliers and its clients on their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as part of due diligence processes. Under any contract approval process Skilled Migration Group Limited reviews all suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance before any contract is agreed to and signed.
· Skilled Migration Group Limited highlights modern slavery issues regularly with all of its staff, suppliers and clients to maintain and increase awareness of modern slavery and to ensure constant vigilance of any potential signs or risks.
· Skilled Migration Group Limited encourages anyone to raise any concerns about modern slavery, using the Skilled Migration Group Limited whistleblowing policy if necessary, and Skilled Migration Group Limited will support anyone who acts in good faith.
· Skilled Migration Group Limited is committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking and as part of that commitment Skilled Migration Group Limited will make public if at any time Skilled Migration Group Limited or any of its suppliers or clients has been found to have breached our Modern Slavery Policy and or breached any law in any country.
· Any breaches of this policy may result in Skilled Migration Group Limited taking disciplinary action against individual(s) and/or terminating its relationship with any organisation or supplier. And reporting any illegal acts to the appropriate authorities.
