They need to know not only do they Migration Agents really know the best possible visa pathways for the applicant, but also they need to know do these people really know about the worker’s industry, and do they know it from hands on experience or are they ‘just’ people from the office.

Brent
Brent worked for the Australian Caterpillar Dealer, Hastings Deering for 34 years, during which time he held senior service operations positions including Group Service Support Manager, Group Equipment Assembly Manager and Strategic Projects Manager.
David
David is a Technical Interviewer for Skilled Migration Group. He is also the founder of the Zambian recruitment company Trident Labour Solutions Limited.
Dennis
Dennis is the founder of Skilled Migration Group. His personal interviewing and recruitment techniques are more likely to be viewed as easy going discussions between two people that respect each other, and he is quickly able to break down barriers and find out who he is really talking with and what they can offer, what they want and what they need.
Peter
Peter worked for the Australian Caterpillar Dealer, Hastings Deering for 35 years, during which time he managed the Engine Rebuild Facility in Rockhampton and the Component Rebuild Center in Mackay, Queensland, Australia. Peter went on to work as the Group Maintenance Manager for Mackellar Mining Group for 10 years. In 2023 North American Construction Group purchased Mackellar Mining Group.
Frances
Frances manages our document checking and administration operations.
Having been with the group for over 20 years, Frances is extremely knowledgeable with all things International Recruitment related.
Before managing the back office administration teams, Frances previously headed up the deployment and on-boarding teams in Australia.
