In the Alps, the French have a phrase for the low cloud that settles into the valleys: une mer de nuages — a sea of clouds.
At ground level on those days you can see nothing above you. No sun, no mountains. If you only ever visited the Alps in low cloud and stayed at the bottom, you would have no idea what was up there. All you would ever know is grey.
But ride the gondola up, through the cloud, and you come out into a vibrant blue sky — a beautiful, sunny day, with views that go on forever. The weather didn’t change. Your altitude did.

That photograph isn’t the Alps. It’s the view from our office in Dubai, which sits high enough that some mornings the city below disappears entirely, and there it is: a sea of clouds. It’s a good place to be reminded that the view depends on where you’re standing.
Sometimes in business, recruiting the people you need feels exactly like the valley floor. You’ve advertised, you’ve searched, you’ve tried everything local — and all you can see is grey.
We can introduce your business to a different view of recruitment. Come up through the cloud: start at Employers.
