Skilled Migration Group Limited when assessing a worker’s suitability for employment, only conduct discussions face to face in a workers home country, we do not assess by video, everything is hands on, in person, in country.
Nothing beats sitting down with a person and just chatting with them, in the same room, getting relaxed, getting comfortable and getting to know the person.
This works both ways – worker’s need to know who they are applying with, they need to know do these people really know about the worker’s industry, and do they know it from hands on experience or are they ‘just’ people from the office.
Worker’s enjoy talking to our team, and we enjoy hearing about the worker’s lives, how they work and what makes them tick.
We are Skilled Migration Group Limited, these are our technical interview team leaders. And they are certainly not “just” people from the office.

Brent worked for the Australian Caterpillar Dealer, Hastings Deering for 34 years, during which he held senior service operations positions including Group Equipment Assembly Manager.
Peter
Peter worked for the Australian Caterpillar Dealer, Hastings Deering for 35 years and then worked as the Group Maintenance Manager for Mackellar Mining Group for 10 years.
