The Purpose of your Initial Consultation

It is standard practice for Skilled Migration Group to conduct an initial online video meeting with every client as the first step.

This is referred to as what is called an Initial Consultation, and the purpose of your Initial Consultation is to learn about you, your situation, what your long term plans are and the visa options that might be open to you.

A service agreement is not required for an initial consultation.

Our fee for a potential visa applicant to have an Initial Consultation with a Senior Immigration Advisor is $289.

The company which employed me to Australia has showed to be a good company. The director himself and his group has been working tirelessly to ensure that employees he migrated or employed from Africa are secured. AAMG is a company to work with, iam talking from experience. Skilled migration has proved to be a transparent migration company. I never imagined what I have experienced in my two years of work and my stay in Australia. My journey started like a joke when I sent my curriculum vitae to skilled migration group. I was shortlisted to attend an interview in Lusaka early 2023. I travelled to lusaka and met with skilled migration group. I met the migration group for the first time and Dennis the director for skilled migration. I was interviewed and I was told that they will get back to me if am successful to attend another interview, to meet with the owner of AAMG the company am working for. Two weeks later I attended a second interview and I was offered a job. What I was thinking then and after the whole process was like a dream come true. The skilled migration group sent money to me so that I pay for the medicals for all the guys who got shortlisted. That shocked me because most migration companies, people have been scammed or they are told to pay huge somes of money. I left zambia to Australia with no fees paid at all. I was still surprised when we arrived in Australia, we were given gift cards with dollars in it to help us settle whilst we are waiting to finish our induction process. That money was reasonably deducted whilst getting settled. To summarise my journey,i would love to encourage all those zambians who are planning to migrate to Australia to engage in skilled migration .

Well,it was like a dream to receive a mail from Skilled Migration Group.My journey started in November 2022 first interview in Lusaka,people were very friendly to interact with during interview. I did the first interview and I was called for second interview and I told myself that, this is how my journey to Australia 🇦🇺 begins. Things happened so fast such that documents were gathered and submitted to Skilled Migration Group, visa processing started, to cut the story short. I did not pay any money for me to be in Australia and what i was to there while was still Zambia was the truth people. Here iam clocking two years in Australia through Skilled Migration Group no airticket and visa fee did I pay. Monica Lwatula It's amazing how time goes. I can’t believe i have been working overseas for 2 solid years, wow! I got a job overseas through Skilled Migration Group. After many applications to finding a Job in Australia turned down and nearly losing hope, I came to know about Skilled Migration Group in 2023 when a friend of mine shared their link with me. My journey with Skilled Migration Group started back in April 2023 with my interviews, Dennis was grinding me with tough interview questions, little did I know that I will later be selected for further interviews in Zambia, Lusaka, and I was further tested in my knowledge of heavy plant mechanics. From my first interaction with SMG, I was immediately set at ease that I will not be required to make any payments, and true to their word, my medicals, Visa fees and my relocation to Australia was free, I did not pay a cent, this truly took a lot of weight off my shoulders. What stood out for me and still resonates with me, is the customer service that I received from Dennis and his team, all questions were responded to promptly and with diligence, they understood the anxiety I was going through, like, wondering if I was required to pay for all these services, having to leave my family behind for extended periods, and if I will settle down and fit into my new reality. I wouldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of me. Its been 9 months since my move to Australia, I have settled in well, made a few friends, have great neighbours (who let us use their lawn mower to cut our lawn, LOL, grateful for that), and the best moments are when I bump into some of my country men (Botswana), and we realize how lucky we all are to have gone through this process with Skilled Migration Group. My Experience with Skilled Migration Group When I was first introduced to Skilled Migration Group, I honestly thought it was just another false lead. Earlier in February 2024, I had already gone through interviews with another agent, but things didn’t work out due to unforeseen issues. I was still recovering from the disappointment of being rejected for migration to Australia. So, when I was told once again not to give up and to keep praying, I chose to stay hopeful but cautious. Then one day, I came across an advert on linkedin from Skilled Migration Group looking for qualified Auto Electricians to work in Australia. I decided to take a chance and submitted my application.
